Before You Travel

No, there is no need to print anything. A digital copy of your booking confirmation is enough. Please make sure to bring a valid ID or passport with you, as this may be required for verification. Your guide will have all the necessary booking details. 

All essential information, including meeting details, departure times, and important instructions, will be sent to you by email before your experience. If necessary, our team may also contact you via WhatsApp with additional details. 

Most of our experiences operate in small groups of up to 20 participants. Where a private option is available, this will be clearly indicated on the activity page. 

Many of our experiences are available in multiple languages. The languages offered for each activity are clearly displayed on the activity page before booking. Please review the activity details to confirm the available language options for your selected experience. 

Bookings & Payments

Browse our experiences or transfer services, select your preferred option, and complete your reservation through the booking form. Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps and relevant details. 

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. 

Yes. A booking confirmation with all relevant details will be sent to your email within 24 hours of your reservation request. 

Modification requests are subject to availability. Please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected during booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation policy. 

Refund eligibility depends on the rate selected during booking. Flexible Price bookings can be cancelled according to the terms displayed at checkout, while Best Price bookings may be non-refundable. 

If an experience cannot operate due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date, a suitable replacement experience, or a refund according to the applicable policy. 

Transfers

Your driver or tour representative will be waiting at the designated meeting point. Detailed meeting instructions are sent by email before your experience. If the exact pickup location is not selected during booking or is not specified in the activity details, the final pickup information will be sent to you via WhatsApp before departure. 

Please inform us as soon as possible if you experience a delay. We will do our best to adjust your transfer arrangements, subject to availability. 

Yes. In some cases, we can arrange alternative pickup locations or private transfers depending on availability and destination. Please contact our team before booking for more information. 

Yes. We provide transportation solutions for individual travelers, families, private groups, and larger organized groups. Contact our team and we will recommend the most suitable option based on your group size and requirements.
